Accepting the Dying Process

For those who work in the medical/nursing field and are exasperated by the inhuman attempts to prevent the natural dying process. Also, for those who have experienced the dying process with their loved ones and have felt frustration toward the medical field in not acknowledging the graceful path towards end of life---Knowing when to "pull the plug".
